Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

Steel buildings whose primary frames, secondary members and cladding are designed and fabricated in the factory, then bolted together on site. PEBs deliver large clear spans, fast construction and economical steel usage for warehouses, factories and logistics centres.

  • Tapered built-up columns and rafters for column-free interiors
  • Cold-formed purlins and girts as secondary framing
  • Roof and wall sheeting with insulation, skylights and ventilators
  • Provision for crane girders, mezzanine floors and canopies
Steel Grid Structures (Space Frames)Illustrative image

Steel Grid Structures (Space Frames)

A three-dimensional grid of tubular members joined at nodes, forming a light yet rigid roof that spans large areas with very few supports. Ideal for warehouse roofs, loading bays, canopies, exhibition halls and entrance features.

  • Tubular members with bolted node connections
  • Long, column-free spans with low self-weight
  • Flat, sloped, curved or domed roof forms
  • Galvanised or painted finish
Cold-Formed Thin-Walled StructuresIllustrative image

Cold-Formed Thin-Walled Structures

Thin-walled steel sections such as C, Z and hat profiles, roll-formed from galvanised coil at room temperature. Light, strong and dimensionally precise, they are used for purlins, girts, wall framing, mezzanine floors and light-gauge building frames.

  • C and Z purlins and girts
  • Light-gauge framing for site offices, partitions and mezzanines
  • Galvanised steel for corrosion protection
  • Lightweight sections for quick installation
