Belt Conveyor

Belt Conveyor

Versatile flat-belt conveyors, designed and manufactured for your production line, for the continuous transfer of raw materials, components and finished goods. Configured to the required length, width, belt specification and drive arrangement.

  • MS sheet frame (2 mm) on 40 × 40 × 3 mm legs
  • VFD control panel (Delta) with Schneider switchgear; Omron / Banner sensors
  • Belt: 3 mm PVC with centre guide
  • Drive roller: Ø100 mm, rubberised
  • Drive: 2 HP geared motor with VFD speed control
  • Working height: 850 ± 50 mm with levelling pads
Roller Conveyor Systems

Roller Conveyor Systems

One of the most widely used forms of in-plant transport, suitable for loads ranging from small cartons to full pallets. Loads should have a flat base or be carried on skids; drums and tins can be conveyed when guide rails are fitted. Not recommended for easily deformable goods.

  • Standard speed: 10 m/min
  • Standard capacity: 20 kg per roller
  • Heavy-duty option: up to 40 kg per roller
  • Available as gravity, double-chain powered and chain-driven rotatable types
Cooling Conveyor

Cooling Conveyor

Designed to protect the quality of products filled at elevated temperatures. Containers are conveyed slowly and smoothly through a controlled cooling zone during the filling and cooling process.

Steel Mesh Conveyor

Steel Mesh Conveyor

A sturdy wire-mesh belt conveyor for the transfer of materials between process stages. Widely used in food processing, ceramics, glass and metal-working industries.

High-Temperature Steel Mesh Conveyor

High-Temperature Steel Mesh Conveyor

A steel mesh conveyor built for extreme process temperatures, from baking, bakery and snack-food lines to frozen-food conveying.

L-Turn Roller Conveyor

L-Turn Roller Conveyor

A curved roller section that changes the direction of product flow, for use on both level push lines and gravity flow lines.

L-Turn Belt Conveyor

L-Turn Belt Conveyor

A powered curved belt section that changes the direction of an assembly line. Components transfer smoothly onto the integral belt, which can be configured to turn clockwise or anti-clockwise.

Heavy-Duty Conveyor

Heavy-Duty Conveyor

Designed and manufactured for your production line where loads are exceptionally heavy and operating conditions are tough, with a sturdy structure built for sustained performance and reliability.

Pass Box (Clean Room)

Pass Box (Clean Room)

A clean-room transfer unit that allows materials to pass between areas through a controlled environment, preventing airborne cross-contamination.

Slat Conveyor

Slat Conveyor

A heavy-duty conveyor with steel slats mounted on twin chains, providing a flat, tough carrying surface for heavy, hot or irregular loads such as appliance bodies, castings and assemblies. Supplied with a dedicated control panel for line operation.

  • Steel slats on twin chains
  • Straight, curved and inclined configurations
  • Suited to heavy, hot or oily loads
  • Control panel with drive and safety controls
Modular Pipe Roller Conveyor

Modular Pipe Roller Conveyor

A lightweight roller conveyor built on a modular pipe-and-joint frame. Quick to assemble, easy to extend and simple to re-configure as the line changes, it is ideal for line-side transfer of bins, crates and components.

  • Modular pipe-and-joint frame
  • Gravity or manual-push roller track
  • Height, length and inclination to requirement
  • Easily extended or re-configured
FIFO Flow Racks

FIFO Flow Racks

First-In, First-Out (FIFO) flow racks store parts and crates on gently inclined roller tracks. Each new load enters from the rear and the oldest load is always picked first from the front, ensuring correct stock rotation, reducing handling effort and keeping line-side material visible and organised.

  • Modular pipe-and-joint construction, easily re-configured as the line changes
  • Inclined roller tracks for gravity-fed, first-in first-out flow
  • Loading and picking ends separated for clear material flow
  • Lane width, number of levels and inclination designed to the crate or bin size
  • Ideal for line-side supply, kitting and work-in-progress storage
Overhead Power & Free

Overhead Power & Free

Overhead power-and-free conveyors carrying parts through paint, assembly and storage, with accumulation and buffering at each station.

Buyer Questions

Conveyors FAQ

What types of conveyors does Wellman manufacture?

We build belt, roller, slat, steel mesh, high-temperature mesh, L-turn, heavy-duty, cooling, modular pipe roller and overhead power-and-free conveyors, plus FIFO flow racks and clean-room pass boxes. All are designed and fabricated at our works in Noida.

What is the standard specification of a Wellman belt conveyor?

A typical belt conveyor has a 3 mm PVC belt with centre guide, a Ø100 mm rubberised drive roller, a 2 HP geared motor with VFD speed control and a working height of 850 ± 50 mm. Belt width is 300 to 1,200 mm and length is made to your layout.

How much load can a roller conveyor carry?

Standard rollers carry 20 kg each and heavy-duty rollers up to 40 kg. Our heavy-duty chain-driven conveyors handle unit loads up to 1,000 kg.

What is the difference between a FIFO flow rack and a modular pipe roller conveyor?

Both use a Ø28 mm pipe-and-joint frame. A modular pipe roller conveyor moves bins and crates along a line, while a FIFO flow rack stores them on roller tracks inclined at 3 to 5°, so the oldest crate is always picked first from the front.

Do you install conveyors outside Noida?

Yes. We supply, install and commission conveyors for plants across India, including Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Manesar and other industrial areas.
