Up to 300 kg per shelf, with lanes sloped at 3 to 5° so cartons feed forward by gravity for first-in, first-out picking.

Who supplies the AS/RS system?

Wellman designs and supplies the storage racking and in-feed and out-feed conveyors. Our automation partner supplies the shuttles, stacker cranes or robots and the WMS software. Layout, installation and commissioning are coordinated as one project.

Hydraulic Dock Leveller

A hydraulic dock leveller bridges the gap and height difference between the loading dock and the truck bed, so forklifts and pallet trucks can load and unload safely and quickly. The deck and hinged lip adjust to suit trucks of different heights.
