We build mobile phone, mobile charger, PCB transfer, ESD belt, TV and washing machine assembly lines, with workstations, lighting, power, LAN and air lines built into the line.

Are your electronics assembly lines ESD safe?

Yes. Our ESD lines use an ESD belt with a surface resistance of 10⁶ to 10⁹ Ω and an ESD platform, so static-sensitive parts can be assembled safely.

What is included in a mobile phone assembly conveyor?

An ESD belt and platform, electrical sockets every 1 m and LAN sockets every 2 m on both sides, WI boards, continuous tube lights, an air line with quick couplers and a PLC and VFD control panel.

What PCB sizes can your PCB transfer conveyors handle?

PCB width from 50 to 460 mm, adjustable, with a transfer height of 900 ± 20 mm and a SMEMA interface to connect with other machines.

Can an assembly line be built to our product and cycle time?

Yes. Every line is planned around your product, line speed, number of stations and floor space before fabrication starts.

TV Assembly Line

A mass-production line for LCD/LED television assembly, fitted with WI boards and electrical and LAN sockets in a continuous integrated duct. Constructed from SS-304 and aluminium extrusion with an ESD platform.
