Noida, in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, is one of India's biggest electronics and consumer-appliance manufacturing hubs, with television, mobile-phone and EMS plants across the Phase II and III sectors and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Our two factories are in Noida itself, in Sector 63 and Sector 80, so our team reaches most plants the same day for site surveys, installation and service.
We design and build television assembly lines on a chain-conveyor platform - for example a 37-metre line on an aluminium-extrusion structure with an imported double-plus chain, a Bonfiglioli geared-motor drive, six pneumatic lifters, four pop-up transfer units and a VFD control panel - alongside ESD mobile-phone, charger and PCB assembly and packing lines for the area's electronics plants. Each line is engineered to your TV model, cycle time, station count and floor layout.
